Jessica Breton L.Ac

I started my acupuncture practice out of a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence and a desire to offer care that feels both grounded and deeply personal. My path into Chinese medicine was shaped by witnessing how stress, pain, and emotional overwhelm show up not just physically, but energetically.

I serve people who have often “tried everything” — clients dealing with chronic pain, stress, anxiety, hormonal shifts, and the cumulative effects of living in a fast-paced world. Many come to me seeking relief, attain it,  and stay because they feel seen, listened to, and supported.

I’m known for a calm, intuitive approach to care — blending acupuncture, bodywork, and thoughtful presence to help the nervous system soften so real healing can begin.

I am a licensed acupuncturist (L.Ac.) in the states of Arizona and Massachusetts.  I received my training in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Arizona School of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine in Tucson, AZ.

I hold a B.A in Holistic Health from Prescott College as well as certification in Shiatsu, Tuina, Massage, and craniosacral therapy.  I’ve held a private practice in Tucson for the last 26 years.  For the past 16 years I have maintained a successful practice in acupuncture and Tuina both in Boston and in Tucson treating a wide range of conditions.  I was part of the Supportive Care for Healing team at Banner Health Cancer Center providing acupuncture for patients interested in a holistic approach to their treatment plan. Because of my background in Western Sciences and Eastern philosophy, my approach to acupuncture concentrates on the benefits of combining both methodologies. I find that my ability to obtain results is because of my education and my intuition. I am a very hands on and have many ways of approaching the different issues that people come see me for. My work speaks for itself.

Acupuncture isn’t just about symptom relief — it’s about working with the whole system. What happens in a session is often subtle: the nervous system recalibrating, circulation improving, the body being given space to reset.

Healing isn’t always linear. Sometimes progress looks like better sleep before pain decreases, or emotional clarity before physical change. Behind the scenes, every treatment is carefully considered and tailored — there’s a lot of listening, observation, and adjustment that happens quietly.

It’s not a quick fix, but it is deeply supportive.

Relationships matter here — Tucson is a community that values connection, and growth tends to follow genuine care.

In a city like Tucson, people value sincerity. When your online presence matches the in-office experience, trust builds naturally.
